So, the deal with Henkel appears to be a case of fraud with Henkel claiming ignorance, and a "fraudster" at the helm of the agreement....

They apparantly informed Mercedes the deal was invalid in September - so I'm sure they've got something sorted since then.

Brawn have always stipulated (and in those articles) that there where lots of potential sponsors - which given the performance of the car isnt that surprising

With or without Schumi (latter hopefully) - the Merc name itself will bring in more huge sponsor offers, so cant see it being a huge issue

Does seem to be a strange situation though givne the huge amount of money in the deal
