Thats mine with Asus P5K Premium. high end Asus boards usually share similar settings, yours will have several more i'm sure, but that's just to give you a gist of voltages,etc.
 
Yes, I had 2000FSB + 1000mhz Memory @ 4.5GHZ, then backed down to 4GHZ as of my Quiet Cooling.

I got rid of it as its a POS and worst bugs than the Striker Extreme but I cant remember all bios settings and wrote voltages down.

Right chaps Ive just tried them setting and it wont even post no beep nothing!

SO helmutcheese plz help can ya post setting for 3ghz maybe 3.2!

My spec is Q6600 Quad GO,Striker2formula 780,reaper pc-9200 2 gig err 8800gtx sli if matters cpu is on water and bios is1001

Hmm, although its better than the Striker Extreme for Quads, its still not ideal and I was on a Dual core and my CPU was a E8500 so was nearly 3.2GHZ at stock.
 
AArrgghh might as well leave it at 2.4 ghz then!

Gonna just get a 790 and a e8500 at some point
