Has OcUK stopped using DX for smaller items?

Just placed a small order and usually get the DX secure option for free delivery option but no such option appeared this time and got Royal Mail option instead?
Not that I'm fussed was just wondering if this was the case?

I'd imagine the trial has ended after some of the rather poor feedback DX had been getting.

Yeah I think the trial has ended, also DX really didn't do a very good job at all.

Ah right thought this might have been the issue, just wasn't sure if my account linking had messed up or something too.
Yeah saw the negative stuff floating around myself, just wasnt sure when this trial ended.

Depends how small. All my small stuff has always been delivered by RM.

Hmm think your right, Had a mess with the basket and it showed up again, even though I tried a few different things first, cheers Papa.
Ignore me then must have just been me getting smaller stuff than I thought.

We are still using DX for shipping methods here. It should be an option to select them when placing orders.
