Has OcUK updated it's forum software ?

I never even noticed it had been implemented. :o

I like the thing though, it's probably because the other fora I frequent also have it activated that I didn't notice it here.
 
its called thread preview afaik, havent checked settings, it was annoying at first but i'm sort of used to it now..

wish it only shown when pressing over the text not the whole row :P
 
I was wondering myself earlier whether that feature had been there all along, I guess not :p

I'm slowly getting used to it, although it's getting in the way a fair bit and will make my wrist hurt from moving the mouse off the screen :p
 
Agreed. It serves little purpose other than to distract me from skimming through thread titles.

Perhaps a poll is in order to decide democratically?
 
I think it's great for those threads with titles reading something like 'omg' or 'hey guys guess what?'. May well save me a click here and there :p
 
hactually i think it would be 1,000,000 percent better if it only previewed the thread when you hover over the text rather than the whole cell.
 
I hated the fact that this forum didn't use the thread preview. The amount of rubbish thread titles on this forum just made me miss it even more.
