Motherboard : Foxconn 6150K8MD-8KRS Socket 939
Processor : 3500 Winchester A64 (939)
Phoenix BIOS

Ive tried this with 2 sets of different ram and no success. The ram is working fine as thats been tested on other boards.

The computer wont post and there is three sec, one sec, three sec beeps. Im thinking the processor is damaged as at first i thought maybe overheating etc or bad fan. So replaced it with new heatsink and thermal paste etc. But still the same high pitch beeping.

The motherboard is brandnew. It booted up on a few attempts but got to bios screen etc then frooze. Done restart and beeping again. Now just not having anything. I dont know if there is a way u can test ** CPU to see if its dead etc lol

Soon as you hit the power switch the high long pitch beep followed by short beep.

As i dont have spare CPU lying around to test it on motherboard :(.

I have even taken all pci cards out etc and tried to boot and still the same beeps.
