Has your handwriting deteriorated since primarily using computers?

I can write full cursive so it can look pretty if I try but generally....it’s crap, looks like a docor’s note when I don’t write cursive.

Secondary school ruined my handwriting. I used to write super neat but after the masses of homework we used to get I learned to write stupidly fast & now my normal handwriting is basically scribble.

My handwriting is worse and my hand feels ready to drop off after writing out a page of A4.
This, I can type for hours on a keyboard but my hand cramps up very quickly when writing now. And I used to write quite a lot before computers turned up.

Sounds like I'm in the same boat as most people in the thread, it's always been bad, but these days just filling in a long form gives me cramp in my hand!!

Yes for sure. If I pick up a pen and write something I sometimes have to stop and think if I’ve had a drink due to how scrambled it looks, but I find if I have a lot to write it soon steadies out over a few paragraphs.

Just LOL if you're not always drunk regardless and ready to write like a boss.

The mrs is now into typography and calligraphy and is pretty amazing at hand letting stuff (kind of her main form of work now) so I literally have no reason to write. Although I should probably do more considering I teach in a secondary school...

What I did find odd last week was getting a new bank card and having to write my signature on the back. It took me a few seconds to remember how I did it cos its been so long
