Hastings May day Run

I am, taking my girlfriend pillion and my friend is coming along with his girlfriend as pillion. Looks like you are pretty close? We are coming from medway.
 
Surprised there aren't more people on here going, think we are going to head to rye and come across from that direction. Apparently there is a parade on over that way which may block the road however?
 
I'm going on a run from Nottingham to Mablethorpe in aid ex-servicemen with PTSD, money raised goes to a charity that gives them use of a holiday home on the coast.

Just back from a brilliant day out on the bike with a few work mates, doing a run from Nottingham to Mablethorpe in aid of ex-servicemen with PTSD, money raised goes to a charity that gives them use of a holiday home on the coast.
I didn't think we would get the reception we got. the high street was pact with people clapping us as we rode though the town with an escort from the local cadets, then to cap it all the mother n father of the Ex-serviceman who killed himself while suffering PTSD, who the charity's named after came and thanked us. a very humbling experience .
