Is it safe to assume the new Haswells will use ATX motherboards aswell?

I'm gonna start building a new case soon, and I would make it ready for my next big upgrade with Haswell.

It is likely, but the same as other sockets there will be boards made in all sizes from E-ATX to ITX, maybe coming later on after the release of Haswell.

I think it is a safe assumption that ATX will be used, and likely M-ATX too.

Alright, thanks. Better be safe than sorry :)

Building a case? As in from scratch? If so i hope you are going to do a project log. :)

I'm still having thoughts on this. Haven't fully explored the ways of doing it from scratch, however, I'm sure I could buy some cheap case and rip it apart and make it look good :)

It might be a future project, as the weather outside is bad.. I don't really have any place inside to do it.. But I will for sure make project log when(if) i start the build.

Recently leaked slides indicated that Z87 would be ATX, mATX and mini-ITX, though I wouldn't be surprised to see high-end EATX models. It seems that after a speight of XL-ATX models at P67 and X79 there have been very few this generation, so I wouldn't expect to see many in the next either.
