Morning,

I'm in the position to buy a laptop for roughly £1000 +/- £200.

I've been looking around and it seems to make sense to buy a Haswell equipped laptop due to the low power consumption and better onboard graphics.

The one thing I can't decide on is whether to go for an ultrabook or not, there doesn't seem to be a massive choice of haswell equipped ultrabooks at the moment within my budget. I do like the look of the acer aspire S7 392 but I can't find a release date or anything for the UK.

I think bassically I'm stuck between choosing a 14" or a 15.6" screen!

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I'd be tempted to wait until the end of September/start of October as thats when Intel's newest editions of the Haswell's are released.

Expandable up to dual 16GB ram, and hard drive is SSD? And there is room for another hard drive. It is the overclockers hardcore gamer 17.6" machine, I have just upgraded a few things. Can't wait!!!!
