Haswell from 2700k

I'm about to go from a Q6600 to an i7 Haswell chip. Something tells me the upgrade will definitely be worth it.

I'll be sad to see the Q6600 go. What a workhorse.

Massive mate. An example would be when I jumped from a q6600 to the i7 920-I gained 50fps in the resi evil benchmark with my xfire 5850s. The q6600 was an excellent chip but the jump you will make will be huge

i think a lot of people are missing out bandwidth for the GPUs

i am currently running a 2700k @ 4.8 and i am considering selling to get Haswell or even a 3770k for PCI-e 3 only because im running SLI 670s

or should PCI-2 be enough for 1080p @ 120fps/Hz

PCIe3 is product seller same as that you need 1000w PSU for 2 cards lolz
Maybe for 3 titans tho
