What makes a PSU Haswell compatible? What's missing on a non compatible PSU?

Delivering very low power in some of the sleep states.
you can turn these off in the bios, so a regular PSU should be fine, you just wont get the lowest power consumptions.

Thanks guys, I missed that issue some how and must have got my google search text wrong. Just checked and mine is OK according to the manufacturer.
