Haswell ready modular psu below £100

Can anyone suggest a PSU that is haswell ready for an i7 4770k. I will be combining this with an MSI M Power motherboard and an NVIDIA GPU around the £300 mark sitting in a Cooler Master CM 690 iii case.

So far I have identified:

Inwin Commander III Desert Power Supply Modular 700W

and

OCZ 700W MODXSTREAM PRO POWER SUPPLY700W

However I am not 100% sure that the length of the OCZ cables will suffice.

The board must be haswell ready and either be modular or semi modular.

Are you wanting to go multi GPU in the future?

It will be easier to buy cable extensions if the supplied cables are not long enough for your case.

Agreed on the quality.

But I thought the 'Core Editions' are not modular.

I may be willing to pay over £100 for the right PSU. Do you guys rate the Antec High Current Pro 750W Modular '80 Plus Gold' Power Supply.

Would it be compatible with my haswell build?
