Haswell spec check please - no case, OS, monitor or peripherals

I am looking to upgrade my ageing Core2Duo and have chosen the following parts.

I will be keeping my existing SSD (Crucial M4 128GB), Case (Lian Li V1000), Monitor Samsung 2443BW, OS (Windows 8) and peripherals (logitech G400 and Logitech UltraX Keyboard).

Please can you let me know if i can optimize anything or make any savings. The cost is slightly over my budget already.

Which judging just by the images (that may not be correct) will have a black PCB so ties in nicer?
