have a few questions

hi looking into building a new computer and im fine with chosing the products till it comes to the os.

going to be going with vista for the directx 10 and some of the cool features and im going need 64 bit because i will have 4Gb of ram, maybe more later on.

But....
retail or oem?
which vista? (not basic, either home premium or ultimate) and why?
Where can i buy a copy cheap?

no thanks i would like to stick with vista i have had no experience with windows 7 yet.

ok thanks guys, i didnt think i needed ultimate and im not sure about the whole windows 7 thing i will have to look into it and see whats different and better. would i be able to use the windows 7 upgrade voucher on my xp pc now? and use the vista premium disk for my new computer?
