Looked at cpu-z and it says my "memory clock" is at 166 instead of 200 .... is this a problem....

I do think It was pc3200 when i brought it... Crucial (2x512mb)

Paid quite a bit u see :D
When I start overclocking, thats better I guess....

It's on a divider from the CPU (FSB:DRAM - CPU/11) so it's being asked to run slower than the CPU by the bios. Change this setting in the bios if you know what you're doing. I can't help with that motherboard I'm afraid.
