Have a problem with pc

When I press the on switch it doesn't even load up the boot up screen.
The PC just goes onto a cycle of off and on, the system fan spins and and the green leds ight up( which is normal), then it switchs off and then on, continue with the green leds and fan spinning, the goes off and then on again fan spins leds lights up and then off etc.... In a loop.
It just suddenly happened.
No I have not changed anything.

What are your system specs?
I'd make sure the backpanel is free of obstructions first off (like a clear CMOS button being pressed), check the front panel connectors in the case are alright, change the battery if it's easy.
If you have onboard graphics, you could try that.
One stick of RAM.
Different PSU.
You don't have any debug LEDs on the board?
