Have been given public IP but no netmask or gateway ... by Jurassic Fibre. Support has closed for the day so anyone know what netmask or gateway I should be using?

Just put in your PPPoE creds and the ISP should provide the IP via DHCP, there shouldn't be anything else for you to do.
PPPoE was working earlier in the day and seems to have stopped working after they supplied a static IP this afternoon. When I enter my PPPoE credentials the router goes into a endless loop of connecting OK before terminating("hangup") - assumed it was something I'd done(?).
