Have Dell completely stopped offering WSXGA+ screens?

None of their laptop ranges seem to carry them anymore, at 15.4" your only options as 1280x800, 1440x900 and 1920x1200.

1280x800 is too low for me, 1440x900 wouldn't be much better but 1920x1200 would be a tad on the small side. Does anyone know if it's temporary (i.e. stock related) or if they're not doing them any more?

I know you can ThinkPads with the WSXGA Screens, the ThinkPad T500 or ThinkPad SL500 for example.

But I can't see any on Dell

That's what I thought, I remember reading about some people having problems with the samsung panel so dell may have dropped the entire res.

HP seem to offer them too, so that may be the more viable option!
