hello,
i'm wondering if my 2 year old play and charge kit is gammy or whether i have dodgy usb ports on my 360?
when charging, the red light no longer goes off and the battery gets quite warm which, to me, indicates overcharging.
this happened three or four times (intermittently) on my old launch console, but it now happens every time on my new 360 which i got just under 3 weeks ago.
the battery also needs charging a lot more, and it doesn't matter whether i'm using my brand new controller or my 2 year old one, the same thing happens. i've also used all 3 usb ports on the 360 to charge the battery and the same thing still happens every time.
so i've ruled out a faulty controller...and i would have thought the chances of having all 3 usb ports faulty is pretty slim!
faulty play and charge lead or battery d'ya think?
