Seems a fair price tbh...Not a mega deal imo but not bad overall..

Then again when you compare that to the price I paid just for my 1900XT maybe it is a bargain

Not a bad price by any means although you are stuck with AGP and socket 478, however depending on your uses it is still a pretty decent PC. What will you be using it for?

nothing much just usual browsing and maybe the odd game im going to get a new cpu fan and see how far it can overclock .

Pretty much the same as my rig at the moment but I've got a 9800 pro and a 120gb drive in my sugo; i'd expect more than that, so yes you've got a good deal :)

what do you mean headroom for more, i sorta know what it means like it could take more but how could you get a processor to work at a faster ghz rate?
Increase the FSB in the BIOS, but in increments of 5.

This is known as Overclocking.

Out of interest, how did you find OcUK (Overclockers UK)?
