Have i got a virus/why?

why is there two options for preview when i right click a picture.

its wierd cuz its not like that on my laptop.

is it a virus or what ?

Do they both open the same program? Its not like any virus I have ever seen, looks more like somethings gone wonky in the API.

Installed anything new recently?
