Have I got the wrong X1950 Pro? Settings Different to Description...?

so I ordered from OCuk yesterday;

Anyway, I loaded up CCC, and this is what it says;

Looks wrong to me?

Those are the 2D speeds, it will clock up to its proper speeds (3D ones) when you start gaming.
