Have I missed something?

I'm being a bit of a ditherer when it comes to choosing a case. Oh I thought I had it all figured out - go mATX, get the Silverstone Sugo, sorted. Only I need more space and more cooling potential, so I've had to junk that idea.

What I'm after is a mid-sized ATX case that looks good and has plenty of cooling potential, but nothing too massive or else it'll not fit into the space I have created for it. It needs to fit at least 3 hard-drives, but doesn't need to fit any more than 3 5.25" drives - one or two DVD drives and one fan controller. Oh, and I don't want a door on the front - hate them.

So having trawled the OcUK shop I've come up with a shortlist; have I missed anything out and should I immediately discount any of the following for being a poor choice?

Antec P150 @ £103 (inc PSU - is it any good though?)
Silverstone TJ04 @ £74
Lian-Li PC-7 PLUS @ £59
Lian-Li PC-60 PLUS @ £83

Wait for the Lian Li v600 if you can, otherwise get the PC-7 PLUS.

The V600 is one of the smallest full ATX cases ever made, has pretty good cooling and space for 2xHDs and 4xoptical (One can be used for a HD).

Why do you think the Sugo wont have enough cooling?

There is a review of the Sugo on my website ;) www.yewen.co.uk

I would not get a PC60, just get the PC7+ and save the money.

Wait for the v600 is a idea, but I have a feeling it will be around the £90 mark if we are very lucky, but more around the £100/110 price point initially, but its set to be a cracker!

:)

Just thought I'd like to add that Silverstone have half released a new sugo called the "Sugo Evolution" With better cooling prospects utilising the rear space to hold an angled 80mm fan blowing out of a new blowhole at the top towards the back and one at the rear, using 80mm's is a lot better than 60mm's so this is good design. Not sure of it's availability though. :)

Mine's got pretty decent cooling though tbh.

Thanks for the replies, fellas.

V6000 looks rather dinky and quite swish, but I'm wondering if there will be issues with the placement of the PSU and the size of your chosen heatsink.

Raikiri; I think that with what I want to fit in the Sugo and the fact I'd like to overclock whatever goes in there, cooling will definitely be an issue. Maybe the SG01-E will be a better choice, but I believe the heatsink will still be the potential problem area.

Mind you, I saw a picture of a Silverstone heatsink that utilised the bottom fan of the PSU (assuming it has one) to cool the CPU, but seeing as Silverstone haven't even acknowledged the existence of the SG01-E on their website I wouldn't like to say if we'll ever see it.

Yewen, Tom; seen and read the review already, that's what got me onto the Sugo in the first place!

So, nobody likes the TJ04 or the P150 then?!

Wow, silverstone may actually be releasing a good heatsink.

I was thinking something like the Tt Blueorb II in the v600 as it is low profile, but the PC7+ is probably better suited to overclocking and also cheaper.
