Have I overdone it?

I admit I tend to push hardware a bit much, but now it's making a clicking noise and I can see bubbles.
The liquid is quite warm, around 100degC

Has anyone had similar experiences with this kit?

At first is clicks quite fast, then slows down and eventually stops, as do the bubbles. I think it must be bubbling from something internal, probably beyond my comfort zone for fixing.
It's currently passively cooled and the liquid is replaced regularly.
If there is a cavity, what's the meatware risk, could it contain a persistent bug?

The kit is now sat empty and dry, I can see a manufacturing default at the bottom of it
