I don't know all that much about televisions and what is the best features etc but i have found 2 tvs that i think are good for the budget i have which is £400 and they are both 4k

The first tv is:
Philips 43PUS6401 43 Inch
The second tv is:
LG 43UH650V 43 Inch

I'd love some help from someone who knows more about televisions than me to help decide on a new tv as i have no clue what 1 is better

I got this last year for £400 and cant fault it
JVC LT-49C862 Smart 4K Ultra HD 49" LED TV

Suits my needs and only goes on twice a week.

Wouldn't recommend the phillips my stepdad has it, the picture is okay after a lot of playing with settings but he constantly got software errors it took me ages to sort it out, still gets them now and then but nowhere near as much.

I'm not a fan of these type of tellies. This practice is not new either. When I worked in an electrical shop many moons ago, I lined up six different 'makes' of portable 14" tellies, 5 of them could be operated with the same remote & had the same on screen menu. They also had 'made in Turkey' on all 5 boxes. Said 'made in Turkey' tellies more often than not came back for repair or replacement.

I'm fine with it,it works, picture is good enough for me,it was my budget and it's only on 2 days a week if that.
