I think you have to have 25k posts, been a member for 5 years, have the special avatars turned on (you can tell if you've got them, they're in colour), and provide proof of your criminal record (collection). Last time I checked a copy of any Cheeky Girls, Vengaboys or a Cottoneye Joe would get you in, but a Mr Blobby was just too much (Rat Rapping is a 50/50).
