Evening :D so i thought i would ask all the computer people out there...

Have you ever weighed your computer system, if so what was your result?

I weighed my system the other day, shocked to say 31kg......... :eek: i took my pc to a lan, about 4 months ago, i wont be doing that again....... so so so heavy!

At a rough guess id say mine is about 25kg. The enthoo primo case alone is about 18kg. I was gonna put it on my desk as it barely fits under it. Scared though that it will collapse the desk.

wow, im going to be getting a enathoo primo case, so there is an additional 4kg
It's a fantastic case but it is a bit of a beast, As i recall RJC above has one too, so the back breaker name is something i can also verify. They do really benefit from some sort of castor base for moving around. Though not an option on mine as it sits 2cm from the underside of my desk.

Not a clue but its getting harder to lift.

It really does make me wonder how heavy some of the project cases are on here, or even the watercooled ones :S ;p;

I have mine in the corner of my desk so it cant fall off....

But if i do get the Enthoo primo case then my 28" monitor will be hanging off the end :D

I might have to attempt putting mine on a scale both with and without the rads (which sit next to it). I've only moved it once after assembly and it wasn't pleasant.

When I had my storm trooper, the case itself weight something like 13kg, and when that was filled up with water I dread to think! My current system in a Corsair 540, must be at least 20kg+.

That's old age kicking in. :D:p:D

It's not something I have ever thought of doing but it must be well over 25kg, then there is the box holding the pumps, res and psu for the watercooling, then the box holding the rads, then the copper pipes. It all mounts up.

My Fractal Design Full Tower is very very heavy. Just moving it for a quick hoover under it is more a lift the front end then back.

No idea, it's an aluminium tower so shouldn't be too heavy, but it does have a largeish water loop in it.

Same here. Little devil case, with 2 x GTX 780s and 480 rad, and 2 x 360 rads with 364592 fans. 4 HDD's, 2 SSD's and a massive 30cm tube res full of fluid.
My 1200w PSU is about 5kg on its own.

No idea on the weight, but I took it to iseries once... never again.

That's a lot of fans. :D
