If you paid full price and was advertised as new return it explaining it looks like it has been used previously

I always see if theres a customer return item of what i want unless it would be minging.
But its usually heavily discounted here at least and clearly marked as a returned and opened box.

It then gets 1 of 3 grades based on its condition.... USUALLY SAVE 30% SO TO ME Its worth it.. this keyboard was a Return, works perfectly...

What is it? If it works, not something you care then you can either just accept it or ask for some kind of discount. But if it's like a shovel then it doesn't really matter.

If you've paid for a new item and they've sent you a clearly used product then send it back. I'd be annoyed about being sent a used item in normal times let alone during a pandemic.
