Haven’t received game bundle

My order was delayed, so I called to sort it out. A game bundle (Resident Evil Requiem) was recently added to the system I purchased. As my PC hasn’t been built yet and it contains a 50 series card, I asked whether I would still receive the bundle. I was told that I would, but I haven’t received anything so far. I sent a ticket on Saturday and haven’t had a response yet.

Would think you will get the game code when you actually get your PC delivered or just after.

Can't see them sending it before in case you cancel your order.

Generally these days you get the codes from OCUK on the original purchase invoice the night of order. In your case when you ordered you wasn't eligible they'll likely need to send you a code.

Yh that’s what I’ve been told,it’s just I haven’t had a reply from them as of yet and I’m guessing these codes are limited stock.

They usually do have a limited number of codes, but seeing as they are still offered as a free gift, you should be getting one.
