Specs: http://valid.x86-secret.com/show_oc?id=164055 (also shows the problem i have with memory)

As you can see I think the problem here is my memory. I have GeIL 2GB Ultra low latency 800Mhz but atm it's running at 400Mhz with clock timings 5-6-6-18 (I don't know how to change the timings).

Every time I enable CPU Host Clock Control I get a message saying ****System Voltage not Optimized****. This is roughly what my bios looks like (yes I've missed out a few)

CPU Host Clock Control [Enabled]
Clock Ratio [8x]
FSB [400]
Memory Frequency Multiplier (SPD) [2.00]
Memory Frequency (Mhz) 667 [800]

****System Voltage not Optimized****

DDR2 OverVoltage Control [+0.3V]

The system voltage not optimized flashes red and the +0.3V is pink, with +0.4+ in red.

Any ideas what the problem is? I just checked my bios because past week I've noticed my games have been running a lot slower than usual :o

Edit: I'm also running F10 bios.
