Having a dumb moment; Canon EF / EFS?

Is there a difference? My girlfriend is after the 50mm F1.8 for her 400D, the jungle river peeps have got a 'Canon EF 50 mm f/1.8 II Lens' on for £80. She'll be able to use autofocus on it, right? :confused:

There is only 1 version for the 50/1.8. It will work fine.
