Having a issue with MSI AB

For a few months now I've been getting this error when ever I shut AB or shutdown my PC:

When I boot my PC up again both AB and OpenHardwareMonitor don't open on Start up like they're meant to.

Someone said to check I haven't disabled the Task Scheduler which I haven't. I did a clean install on Windows at the weekend and the issue still persists. I'm guessing it's an issue with AB but any help would be appreciated!

Does it do the same if you run as administrator?

its to do with the latest Nvidia drivers.

they are stopping some service that updates schedulers after reset.. its being fixed hopefully in future drivers or the next beta of afterburner.
