Having a problem openning zip files. For some reason my compress files are corrupted. How can I reinstall my zip files?

See if they work with 7-zip it's much better than the Windows one and handles corrupt file better.

What's the file extension?
Have you tried 7zip or winzip/winrar?

do you get any errors when trying to open or extract the files?

sometimes you get CRC errors (winrar if its corrupt or damaged
