Having a Problem with CSS can someone have a look please

I am coding up a simple template and am trying to get the layout right but the header lgog is not showing whne i preview it in a browser, yet it shows in Dreamweaver.

Dont start the name of your id with a number. Rename it to start with a letter and it will work fine.
