Having a weird issue

After a little while my pc starts flickering on and off then the image mostly text goes a bit pixely. Tried to get a pic of what I mean but when i upload it the pic looks normal any ideas please????????????????????

ROG Swift? common way they start to go before dying - most likely RMA time - though possible its a problem with the cable but my bet is on the Swift.

Yup - my first one went like that and so have loads of people's in the thread on them in the monitor section.

Its possibly the GPU but less likely as you'd normally get a ton of crashing in games and stuff first before the GPU got that bad.

nah no crashing at all just what i said above rebotting pc fixes it for a while then comes back later on

I would try and narrow it down if you can. Start with the easy stuff like

trying another cable
reset the monitor to default factory settings completely
Uninstall and clean install latest graphics card drivers
Ensure graphics card settings like res and refresh rate are ok
Try the monitor on another pc or system if possible
Try another different monitor with the main pc and see if it's the same
Maybe try the monitor at a lower refresh rate to see if it still does it

Might be then monitor perhaps but try and narrow it down first I would

Well it started again a couple of days later and i wiggled cable under monitor and it stopped so I think it is cable issue so ordered a new one waiting for it too come.
