Having Issues With Gaming Bundle

Doesn't look like you have the 8 pin power lead going into the socket near the CPU to me but can't see properly on the video. Have you?

Ha just noticed that as well!

OP - try booting it up with CPU, heatsink and fan, RAM and PSU only if you're having problems.

Ok sorry i should have said it wasnt my video just has the exact same problem as me, and my psu doesnt have an 8 pin lead only 6 and 4 so will i need to get a new psu?

You must have the 24pin and the 8pin plugged in.

You must have at least a stick of RAM and a GFX card as that Z68 board doesnt feature display outputs.

• What PSU do you have? make and model please?

It has a 4pin ATX connector, you can fit this in one half of the 8pin plug on the board, you overclocking maybe limited, but try it.

CPU 4 Pin Connector x 1

It only fits a certain "half" look at the end of the plug and you will see that some of the pins are shaped, so dont try and force it into the 8pin as you are trying to put it in the wrong half.

The z68ap-d3 only uses a 4pin for the cpu and it overclocks fine?

Or am I just being stupid and talking about something completely different.

Right am I missing something?
