Having Nvidia and AMD drivers installed at the same time ???

Is this a big no no ? reason i ask is that I'm trying to switch between my GTX680 and R9 280x to see what performs better but its a bit long to keep unisntalling and installing new drivers, id rather just have them both installed.

Its never given me any problems having it setup this way, I'd just uninstall whichever one your not keeping when you've finished testing for tidyness.

kinda wishing i hadn't done this now, windows no longer boots, i just get flickering screen.

I think this was always asking for trouble. I would switching off completely, reseting CMOS and try booting using the onboard GPU if you have one into safe mode and uninstalling one, reboot, uninstall the other then a clean install of which ever one you want to use.
