Having problems changing region on my laptop

HI,

I've been watching some region 1 and 2 dvds recently and switching the settings. My laptop when i go to change it back to region 2 for one final time says:"This is your last chance to change the region setting on your DVD drive. Are you absolutely sure you want to proceed? If you annswer OK, you will not be able to change the region setting anymore even if you reinstall the operating system."
When i click ok, because i have one more change, it says: "Unable to update region setting. Please make sure the drive contains a region 2 media and you have administrator privelage."

I am the only user of my computer and have inserted 2 different region 2 disks and it still won't let me change and it definately says i have one more change.

Does anyone have any ideas?
 
hm, maybes try going on a dvdhack website(dont think its against rules here?) and seeing if anyone else has the problem - also will most likely find the method to change your dvd to a R9(region free) which i also dont think is against rules or anything here..?
