I am on sky my daughter used my computer and I can no longer connect to the internet. The computer connects to the internet but when I try repair it says "not able to get IP address" any help would be appriciated. I am using netgear components.
Having problems connecting laptop to router, on sky!

if you dont have any custom settings on router best bet is to try a router reset. hold reset button with a pen at the back for 5 seconds and then once its all rebooted, restart the laptop with the wireless off.
turn if back on and it should auto connect to sky and renew and if not keys on the bottom of the router and in capital letters for connecting wireless manually.
