Hi,

I'm wondering if you can help me. I'm having big issues with a computer I bought in mid January. I took delivery of the Nebula - Intel Core i7 6700K @ 4.7GHz Overclocked Watercooled Extreme Gaming PC. My order number was 4827736.

The problem was that though I bought the PC in January the big Windows 10 update of november (Update 1151) was not done. So when I came to doing the update a number of programs stopped working.

I've had to revert back to the previous build. But some things are still not working, like the app store loads up but some windows installed apps don't work, and I can't install any apps from the store. I have tried to use powershell as admin but found out that the file,AppXManifest.xml , windows uses to re-populate the store/pre-installed apps isn't there.

I'm unfortunately thinking I'm going to have to reset the pc. When I tried the update 1151 it no longer give me access to my previous restore point.

How would I go about the PC Reset?

Also is there a directory that the overclockers team put the drivers they used in? Would I be able to get at least a list of drivers used?

If I do reset the pc, will this remove the overclocked settings or are they set in the bios and won't effect if I have to reinstall Windows?

I don't have a dvd drive, so if I bought a usb external one will I be able to run the windows cd from that?

Any help will be much appreciated guys

I was thinking just after I posted this.

I think I know the program that complicated the update 1151. It was an Asus suite 3 app I had installed. If I was to uninstall the program cleanly.. then attempt to use the media creation tool and over install that over this windows version (i had to do this my other windows 10 computer), do you think it would restore the app store?
