Evening...
This is my first wireless configuration, although it wasn't my choice, my dad replaced our wired router with a Home Hub
Now i'm using a "Buffalo Wireless PCI-G545" network card, and i've had trouble from the start.
Basically, when i first boot up my PC, i'm connected to the Home Hub, but after say, 15-20 mins my connection grinds to a halt. At this point my wireless network connection says i'm connected at 36 Mbps as apposed to 54.
After this, i lose connection all together, and i can't reconnect. I have to restart my PC about 2-3 times before it magically connects on it's own, and then the whole cycle starts again.
Anybody know what's going on? My first thought was that it's the home hub, but my dad is using the same wireless card on his pc, and doesn't have any trouble at all, i've even got a better signal than him
Any clues?
