Having some graphical issues

Hello. recently ive noticed some odd issues like shadows being glitched, for example in gta 4 in the far far distance, buildings flash black, like a cover of shadow, and with closer objects like fences, they go mad flashing black. this has also been happening in a few games, and was wondering what i can do to fix it. a similar issue with the mountains in skyrim aswell. ive never had a BSOD, or a system crash but i have had the odd game crash now and then. i installed the latest beta drivers, but i never UNINSTALLED the old, so im not sure if that would fix it. if someone could tell me how to fix my errors, or tell me how to completely uninstall my current drivers that would be great.
my build:
Ram: 8GB (2x4) 1333MHz RAM Speed, CAS 9-9-9-24 Timings, 1.5v VDIMM, Lifetime Warranty with Corsair.
Processor: Intel Core i5-3570K 3.40GHz (Ivy Bridge) Socket LGA1155 Processor £155
Motherboard: MSI Z77A-G43 Intel Z77 Socket 1155 DDR3 PCI-Express Motherboard £80
Graphics Card: MSI HD 7870 Black Knight OC 2048MB GDDR5 PCI-Express Graphics Card [R7870-2GD5T/OC] £180
HDD: 500GB Seagate Barracuda ST500DM002 3.5" SATA III Hard Drive £40
Case: Cooler Master Elite 430 Black Midi Tower Window Gaming Case £40
PSU:600W Corsair Builder Series 600CX 80PLUS Bronze Power Supply £50
DVD burner: Samsung SH-118AB/BEBE Black 18x SATA DVD ROM - OEM £10
OS: windows 7 home premium

its not just the flashing buildings, it seems like all the fences, trees, steps etc. seem really sharp and bright, and flash like day and night colours. its very strange.

The first thing I would do is clean out the drivers and do a fresh install ( after a system re boot ) with the none beta drivers and just make sure nothing else is getting to hot fans are clear etc.

yeah ive used both the current drivers, and beta drivers and im still getting issues.

Yeah run driver fusion then restart and reinstall drivers. Check your memory timings are setup correctly in your bios. Also you running everything on stock speeds?

yes. not overclocking anything. i dont know how i would go about checking the meory timings, let alone knowing how they are set up correctly.

you dont understand, i have already GOT driver fusion, and already freshly installed new drivers (ive used the latest and beta) and both still show the glitches.
ill download the CPU z now though, ill let you know the results.

okay, the timings in the memory are as follows:
DRAM frequency: 665.2MHz
FSB:DRAM 1:5
CAS# Latency(CL) 9.0 clocks
RAS# to CAS# delay (tRCD) 9 clocks
RAS# precharge (tRP) 9 clocks
cycle time (tRAS) 24 clocks
command rate (CR) 1T
so what does all of this mean?

Gotta be honest m8 i cant see anything wrong with that =D looks just the same as mine.

Turn on Morphological Filtering in CCC/Gaming/3dapplication settings if ya want to smooth out a few of them jagged edges also. You can set it up in there so it only turns on for that game as most games have AA and dont need it.

yeah it may be difficult to see, but it is there. i also get a LOT of objects, small bushes etc load last second and appear out of thin air for me.

also, speaking of the CCC, should i edit anything else? for example, in video quality i never touched it, but should i of done? and should i set the card to optimal performance or optimal quality? right now its on balanced, and i have no idea about the difference between the two.
