Having trouble finding where to update my Graphics card.

Hey, I keep getting a notification that my graphics card needs updating but I don't know how to update it, I click Radeon settings but it doesn't give me and info on where to update my grapics card.

My graphics card is a Radeon (TM) RX 480 Graphics Primary.

Would appreciate the help!

Here is link to Amd drivers scroll down and select what card and windows version you have win10 64bit or 32bit.
