HAWX on 360 any good?

Seen a new copy for a cheap price, was thinking about getting this. I bought Ace Combat 6 on the 360 and never really got into it. Was a bit peeved at the mediocre 30fps gfx. Loved all the previous PS1 & PS2 Ace Combat series but never really fell for AC6.

Is HAWX worth getting? ign has only given it 6.7. I guess at the price i've seen it i'll probably get it anyway. Do always enjoy hearing other peoples experiences though.

It was ok, if it's between £5 and £10 pounds then pick it up. I got about 3/4 of the way through it and just never had the urge to play it again.

Its not too bad, I got some fun out of it when it came out. Not sure how the MP is now but i quiet enjoyed playing CO-OP.

I really enjoyed it and is fun online, SP wise its good but not very challanging

SP and Co-Op is great fun, but pretty short.

the only problem i had with this opposed to ace combat.. was that the planes you get are based on an XP system, the more you kill, the more planes open up. and by the end of the game i still hadn't gotten to the better planes. i had some good ones, but i didnt have the best. where as ace combat, you had the best planes by the final missions.

also, that little battle system they put in was a bit stupid. forgotten what its called, but you dont have to use it if you dont want to.

i rented it about a year after it came out and wish i had gotten it earlier as i would have loved to play multiplayer. single player is great fun but play it on hard to make it a challenge.

i rented it when it came out, i thought it was the best flight game for the 360. maxed out all the chevo's too.

Hawx sux, I got bored after one mission. It now gathers dust in my PC games collection (I can't trade it...).

got this when it came out and found it to be very good.
