Hawx2, Banned from Account Sharing...wtf?

As title, I have been temporarily banned because of account sharing...I havent even played the game yet? I basically downloaded the game, installed the game and then run into a university network issue. I thought I would try and open the game again and now I am banned...I havent actually done anything.

So advice? Ubisofts support seems to be far from perfect aswell so I cant get in contact with them either. I couldnt even register my product with them today as the site wouldnt load to do so.

Why did I risk a Ubisoft game?
 
Just emailed them. I dont expect to hear anything back for a few days though. Seriously not impressed with this so far.
 
Nah this is Ubi, not Steam.

It seems that its an automatic dropout thing. Basically if you are playing the game and your net goes down or connection is lost, or never gained in my case, it will auto ban you for a few hours to "protect your account".

EDIT: Taken out link as you need to login to my Ubi to view it.

No words can describe my thoughts right now...and I couldnt type them here anyway as its against the rules! :P
 
Sorry to hear that dude.....

I don't mind DRM but this Ubi one sucks nuts.

They shouldn't just suspend your like that.
 
Well I have just noticed that my questions did not make it into their system by the looks. After typing out my question, I press continue and it leads me to a "think might answer your question" page, but then there is no where to go. I thought my question may have gone already but seems not. I have no idea how to contact them with such a broken website!

Like you Gimpymoo, I dont mind DRM, but when its this broken...
