Only HDR on the first one. Second is just ND grad, polariser and some diffusion in Photoshop.

Matt, the word you were looking for is 'diffused'

and about the cloaning ... I'm bad

Didn't think it was that noticeable, will be easy to fix, cheers for pointing it out.
