hazro 24" vs 26" input lag

looking at TFT central the other day - still can't decide on which monitor!

the 26" hazro had a considerably lower input lag than the 24" hazro.

besides the screen size i would have thought the supporting components were pretty much identical so why the big difference?

This is how I understand it
Its all the to with the overdrive circuitry. (the part that deals with ghosting) And how many frames get rendered to reduce said ghosting.
At 60 hertz refresh rate it takes 16ms to display 1 frame.
So if you work it out from the quoted input lag the 26" is only rendering 1 frame ahead of displaying it where as the 24" is rendering 2.
But if you look at the ghosting then the 26" is slightly worse than the 24".
With all VA and IPS panels, its a comprimise between input lag and ghosting due the effects/side effect of the overdrive technology.

I own the 24" and I can tell you, the 2 frames delay ( 1/30sec) I cannot notice.
Start worrying about input lag when it gets like the dell 2408 of 90ms ( almost 1/10th sec)

I've got the 24" as well and don't notice it playing Grid. At any rate, it's much less noticable than the Dell 2408 I sent back before getting this.
