Like I said to them in the reply, the new card works with 3 other screens, including an 18 year old CRT I dug out from mum's place.We can RMA the unit if you feel there is a fault with the monitor. Hazro do not guarantee compatibility with all graphics cards and we would test a range here to ensure the monitor works fine. The only reported issue with earlier Hazro models was the BIOS not displaying during startup and the issue you have reported is not something we've encountered before.
Everything they say seems to be laying the foundations of an imminent "no fault found" response. I can see I’m going to be landed with a dud monitor. This should be a real warning to those thinking of buying a Hazro.We will have this unit tested on a 7970 card and are happy to issue an RMA number. So far, further tests on the card have revealed no incompatibility issues so we will be conducting a test specific to your unit.
Yes I can.You cant really blame the monitor if you upgrade other hardware that stops the monitor working.
