I was told they 'may have to replace' if other non-firmware issues are reported on that form, otherwise pretty much guaranteed to get the same unit back.
Once the banding and sparks issues are resolved, it will be one of the best 24/26" monitors you can get, presently.
When will that be? 2020?









I'm gutted that I'm sat in front of my crappy 19inch Acer POS again.

Or maybe, if I am more than lucky, they sent me an "upgraded" LCD from a new stock.
Now I'm thinking whether I should buy another one now so it will come tomorrow too, that way I won't be without a monitor, otherwise I'll have to put up with my 15" *shudders* and wait for a few weeks...Called Overclockers just now and they said their system won't allow them to do an exchange (?!) as it says contact Hazro if you want one.
