I have a Hazro HZ24Wi and using a LaCie Blue Eye Pro Proof Edition but it is producing a green tint/contrast I've contacted LaCie and they replaced the unit and provided a software update but the tinting is still present.

Anyone else have problem with the calibration and possible fixes?

Tinting is common with cheaper calibration tools. The Lacie Blue Eye is the same calibrator as the Eye One display 2 which I use, which sometimes produces a pink/green tint.

I'm not sure what software you're using, but several things you can try.
1) calibrate as laptop screen
2) set colour temperature to native
3) do NOT use ambient light check, but make sure you calibrate in a dark room.
4) Keep gamma at default (likely 2.2).

Usually re-doing the calibration with a mixture of these steps fixes the tinting, but I usually have to calibrate multiple times to get a perfect result.

joxang thank you for the reply. I'm using the LaCie Blue Eye software (thats what it is called)

1. Don't have and option to set that
2. You mean set the colour on the monitor OSD and leave the software or vice-versa
3. have not used the light check
4. yeap using 2.2

will try the calibration tonight and post my results

Software - when you calibrate it should ask you for a white point. Select native. Strange that you don't get the option to calibrate as a laptop panel (no RGB adjustment).

If all fails, you could try getting hold of eye one match software and try using that.
